Director of Facilities, Four Seasons Produce
Randy started his career in 1982 as a Journeyman Electrician for Line Specialties Inc. Ephrata. In 1996 he began his employment with Four Seasons Produce, Inc. also in Ephrata. Since 1996 Randy has held several positions at Four Seasons including a Transportation Dispatch Position, Warehouse Operations Manager, and since 2009 the Director of Facilities and Energy.
Currently at Four Seasons Produce, Randy is responsible for providing leadership, general management, technical direction, and supervision for a comprehensive facilities management program and oversees the Food Safety program and Café operations. Manages and directs the physical plant programs to include: mechanical systems and general building maintenance, material handling equipment purchases, maintenance and upgrades, grounds maintenance, landscaping, custodial, building services support, capital and expence budgeting, energy and utilities management and utilization, and interior design. He provides leadership for maintaining, cleaning, improving and expanding the physical assets of the Four Seasons family of companies.
Randy was past President and currently is a member of the Central PA Chapter of IFMA (International Facility Management Association), a member of AFE (Association of Facility Engineers), and a member of AEE (Association of Energy Engineers). Randy obtained a CFM (Certified Facility Manager) designation through IFMA in 2003. Randy was the recipient of IFMS’s George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement in 2013.
