Energy Engineer, Office of Physical Plant at Pennsylvania State University
Jenn Oliver is an Energy Engineer with the Office of Physical Plant at Pennsylvania State University. She is specifically responsible for all energy savings projects at the Commonwealth Campuses across the state and prepares all Act 129 applications for the Penn State campuses within participating electric utilities. Ms. Oliver previously held a position with DNV GL as a consultant to PPL’s E-power Solutions Program. She was the lead inspector and an energy efficiency engineer for the program, responsible for implementation of the program’s inspection processes and guidelines, as well as performing technical analysis of projects and inspections to verify installation of incentivized equipment.
Ms. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State, and a Master of Public Affairs degree in Sustainable Development from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University.
