Cameron Ritzenthaler is an energy engineer for Kitchen Energy Solutions and has been specializing in Demand Control Kitchen Ventilation (DCKV) for the past 8 years. From initial designs, energy audits, installations, and commissioning, he has worked in every facet of this energy savings measure and has personally overseen over 300 system installations. Cameron will be discussing how to best save energy on your kitchen’s largest energy hog – the kitchen hood and exhaust through the use of smart sensing controls. This results in a clean, comfortable kitchen and energy savings that impact your bottom line.
